These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by FaithLink HR (Pty) Ltd (“FaithLink”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


1. Who We Are

FaithLink HR (Pty) Ltd is a South African HR consultancy offering professional human resources services including but not limited to labour law compliance, policy development, payroll administration, performance management, training facilitation, and skills development.


2. Service Agreement

When you engage our services, you will receive a written proposal or agreement outlining:

  • Scope of work

  • Service timelines

  • Pricing and payment terms

  • Responsibilities of both parties

All services are tailored to your specific business needs and may vary in duration or structure.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information as required

  • Respond to requests for input, approvals, or access

  • Maintain communication during the service process

  • Adhere to agreed payment terms

  • Respect confidentiality terms outlined in the agreement


4. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Deliver services professionally, ethically, and in good faith

  • Maintain client confidentiality

  • Follow relevant South African labour laws and HR standards

  • Provide guidance and advice based on best practices and current legislation

  • Communicate progress, concerns, or changes promptly


5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be defined in each project proposal or invoice

  • Late payments may incur interest or result in service delays

  • Certain services may require an upfront deposit before commencement

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified


6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may cancel services with written notice, subject to the terms of the individual agreement

  • In the event of early cancellation, charges may apply for work already completed

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, or abusive conduct


7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive or proprietary information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.


8. Data Protection

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and ensure your data is stored securely, processed lawfully, and used only for the intended purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.


9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver accurate and reliable services, FaithLink HR shall not be held liable for:

  • Decisions made by the client based on our advice

  • Legal or compliance issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages


10. Use of Website

Use of our website is at your own risk. All content is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of any material is prohibited.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with South African legal procedures.
